Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Before shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may initiate a return upon receiving the order (see Return Policy below).

Training Certifications-Initiated Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Errors in pricing or product description.
  • Payment issues or incomplete transactions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund.

Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food products with a short shelf life).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items are on sale or clearance.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiry@endorphin.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiry@endorphin.in

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at enquiry@endorphin.in
